BRENTON
Managing Director
Brenton founded UNITYtech in 2022, and actively leads all client projects. Combining a lifelong love of art, design, and problem solving, Brenton facilitates the successful delivery of AV projects across Australia for a growing number of clients and high-profile end customers.
Upon entering the commercial AV industry in 2011, Brenton quickly found himself at home amongst the environment of fast-paced technology development and perfection-oriented project delivery. Brenton possesses excellent communication skills, and has developed a unique ability to blend his effective communication, creativity, attention to detail, and industry experience to establish his place as one of Australia's most capable AV engineers.
At its core, UNITYtech is driven by technical drawing, problem solving, AV/VC technology, and perfectionism; and Brenton is the glue that brings these together to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
EMMA
Compliance & Operations Manager
Emma holds over fifteen years experience in the management and development of professional service delivery teams and customer relationships. She cut her teeth in the finance & property industry, where she held numerous roles in sales and marketing, business development, high-level operations, account management, and data automation.
As a driven, effective, and highly valuable all-rounder within the UNITYtech team, Emma possesses a unique ability to solve complex problems with seemingly straightforward, task-oriented solutions.
Emma is a true taskmaster - a no-nonsense, highly effective senior manager with exceptional people skills. She brings an uncompromising level of clarity and accountability to all operations within UNITYtech.
VERA
AutoCAD Consultant
Vera is a seasoned AutoCAD veteran with over 40 years of professional technical drawing experience. Prior to the widespread adoption of Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) in Australia, Vera worked as a Tracer for a number of commercial architecture and engineering firms where she plotted construction drawings by hand with paper and ink.
As hand drawing became obsolete and the industry moved towards CAD in the early '90s, Vera completed her formal training in AutoCAD and has worked exclusively as an AutoCAD Operator and Technician since that time. Vera has worked for some of the world's leading engineering firms over her career, including a long tenure at Arup, where she worked on some of Australia's largest civil infrastructure projects including Airport Link, Gold Coast Rapid Transit, and Safelink.
Vera brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the UNITYtech team, providing guidance and oversight towards the development of our drawing systems and standards. Her industry experience, knowledge, and eye for detail has placed her in a unique position to contribute to the success, quality, and continual improvement of our drafting operations.
